HELP I think i devoloped an allergy

So i ve only been doing my nails with gel for two months. I woke up like this and have since taken everything off but it has barely gotten better. What should i do? How could i get my nails done from now on? Im so heartbroken i loved doing nails and the creative proccess and i spent a lot on different colours and stuff.
