Greg's training is always the same
I got a forerunner 255 few weeks ago, subscribe to "Greg 5km coach" and started running.
I run 3 times a week with training proposed on my agenda and I started to question wether its working correctly. I have three training scheduled a week but they are all the same everytime (5min warming up - 10 min running- 5min running and 5 min recovery).
Whereas when I long press middle button before starting my run I can see more diverse training from my training coach allegedly.
I ask a colleague who have no problem with his training coach (forerunner 965).
Is it normal ?
I was kind of hoping to get training suggestion that adapt my current performance which obviously is not the case as of right now.
