Is this phone still worth getting now?

I’m torn between buying this for $829.99, or getting the s24 or s25 . I am buying the device out right at the end of February, I want to make sure the device will last at least 2 years. I’ve read some places on the internet saying it’s not worth now . I also live in Canada when means phones are expensive as hell out here. Just trying to see what retain more value? Do I get this or get the s25 with the promise of 7 years of updates
