Easy no-sew feathers

Trace a large feather shaped oval around the size that you want your feather and glue it to itself so that there is a seam on the “wrong” side. Brush or comb the pattern that you want and then spray on layers of fixative until it’s as stiff as you like. You can use chalk or paint in between the layers of fixative to color it. Shave the “wrong” side if you so wish, and then trim the excess.
