What does a raised IGA result mean?

I have had all kinds of weird symptoms since having my second child 4.5 years ago. One thing that has been raised 4 times now, is my IGA blood test result. I think the cut off is 2.8. My first three were 3 point something and my last was 4.32 so it's getting higher. What does it mean? Because nobody seems bothered about it and I can't get any answers.
