You see, there was a guy from lower middle class, who made himself into a CEO (and being a CEO doesn't mean that you're rich). His colleagues hated him, because he wanted to start a reform for affordable healthcare. And there was another guy from the higher class, with an Italian landlord family, and killed him easily (because Thompson were so an average middle class guy who wasn't hired bodyguards). Now everyone celebrates Luigi, but the United Health now has not have reform, and not have affordable prices. Also I think that Luigi is got payed off by another UH CEO.
