Inexpensive activities to do with friends over the weekend?

I'm someone who's become typically irresponsible with money within the past year or two, but I want to actually start saving, actively paying off my CC debt, etc etc without constantly struggling for money. One major expense is bar nights with friends on the weekends. We all enjoy going out, but I feel like at least for a while, I need to cut out these days on the weekend that end up running me like 40-60$ dollars, maybe for two days instead of three.

We typically hit up restaurants by day, go the bar by night, etc. It's a lot of fun, but yeah, that's definitely me living above my means and its not sustainable. I'd say I saved much more money back in the summer because it was easier to go outside and just kinda walk around, hang out, explore the city. With how cold it is now, we can't really do that.

Any suggestions? I haven't written off going to the movies some weekends, and I've considered stuff like miniputting, or bowling. But I'm mainly just looking at ways that could be a fun way to spend time without breaking the bank.
