Help not sure if experiencing bug

Just finished intro to skybreaker dlc. For some reason I can’t eat and my Navi senses aren’t working. I also turn super slowly. If I try to eat it just instantly drains my health and I have no idea how to fix. Restarted both game and console and still nothing.

Edit: Definitely a bug, fixed by flying high and jumping to kill myself. Seems to have reset the issue
