Holy crap. Stamps.com just refunded $250 in unused labels from as far back as 01/2023.
I I had called in about a label that was not allowing me to void it because it said delivered for some reason, although the actual tracking stated that it was never even handed off. I asked him were they able to override the time limit on voided labels considering this issue and to my surprise, he just said "Sure, do you want it back on the card or as shipping credit?" so I asked him "How far back are you able to do that and I said I have two years of these because I had an issue the last year where packages of mine were disappearing after being dropped off in the overnight box at USPS as in they were never being scanned in." He basically said to just add them up and give him the amount so I did and it came out to $270 but they are only allowed to refund the $250 which I was fine with, of course. 🤘🏾 Granted, it was kind of weird he didn't determine the amount, rather than having me manually calculate it, but I'm honest, so...
Not all of them were the stolen packages-sometimes I'll print a label or there'll be an issue or it just won't actually print through ShipStation and I forget about voiding it either way I figured I'd share so you guys who do use stamps.com can check your accounts because it's really easy to find labels that you never used by filtering the Status.
Peace 🫶🏾
