Failing to complete print

Hey, I’ve been having this issue where the printer doesn’t seem to complete the print? It just starts to fail after a while, at least that’s what I’m guessing

The standoff shown in picture 2 is barely half finished and the one shown in picture 3 has some material missing on one side (thus looking off-centered)

Picture 4 shows what they’re supposed to look like.
