Is Firefly worth pulling rn?

I have E1 RM, E6 Gallagher and E6 HTB. I currently have no break dps and break mechanics seem intriguing (although i initially had to skip firefly for lack of pulls).

Would she be worth pulling to get my break team going? Or is it too late as she risks getting powercrept in 3.0? Does she need Lingsha/Fugue or any form of vertical investment to be strong?

I heard dps reruns aren’t worth it unless you go for a specific eidolon that continues to make them relevant for the foreseeable future.
