ideas for electric bicycle fire damage control?

(not a FF)..... hi guys. i might buy an e bike so i am doing a lot a research. i have learned that cheap e bikes are more likely to catch fire. so i will be a reputable brand. and to be even safer, i will charge the battery inside a pile a cinder blocks in my garage, so that if it catches fire, it will be less likely to destroy my house. as a firefighter, do you think this a good idea? do you have a better idea?
