Ethernet adapter dropping internet speed

I have a firestick 4k max, my internet speed is 250 mbps.

When i connect the ethernet adapter to my firestick via OTG cable,at first it stays on 250 mbps for like minute or two and then suddenly start dropping every second to like 40 mbps and stays there.

I dont know what may be the problem ?
