Field Nation Pro - Is it Worth it?

For those of you out there who subscribe to the Pro package, is it worth the extra 3.9%?

Does the SmartMatch feature really add much value? I don't really care about the rest, i.e. getting paid faster, and getting a free background and drug test hardly makes up the difference.

Opinions?
