How old is each member of the Fantastic 4?

From oldest to youngest is Ben, Reed, Sue, and Johnny right? (forgive me if that's not accurate I watched all the movies when I was a kid and have only read a few comics featuring them) I have to assume when they first get their powers Johnny is in his early 20s, Sue is in her, late 20s/early 30s, Reed is in his mid 30s, and Ben is in his late 30s. With Marvel's weird sliding timeline I'll have to assume their all 5 to 10 years older than when they first got their powers right? I know Sue was 13 when she met Reed but nothing I can find said an exact age gap so I can only assume Reed was between 15 and 17 at that point in time. can some better informed fantastic 4 fans give their thoughts?
