NAC X (1.10.163.10)

NAC X is a bit of a mystery to me. For example, Vivid Fallout has its mods and patches very clearly explained. For some reason i cant get a hold of NAC X's additional mods. What wind/fog fix/water/tweaks/etc should i use? I have reactor. Im in the middle of my second time in 2 years modding Fo4 since my M2 with windows died, so i cant really remember everything + i never knew enough about it and also im a noob for modding, duh. I would like to have a full NAC X maxed out experience. Please help a bro out, thanks in advance.
