Numbness down left side..help!

Last night I was sat at my desk sending an email and very suddenly experienced full numbness (just like when you fall asleep on your arm, and wake up with no sensation) in the whole of the left side of my body. It lasted for about 10 seconds and I stood up and dropped in a blind panic. Speech was garbled (for about 10-15 minutes) and was sweating/shaking uncontrollably.

Is it worth going to A&E? Could it have been a TIA? After several years of going to A&E for neuro symptoms, I don’t want to go to A&E again for it to be dismissed as FND and not get any support. I am coping with seizures and fainting daily with no care plan. Please help.
