i need help

i need help from u/faceit_jamie because i got punished previously for admitting to multiple accounts for 1 month in ticket 6181399 and after playing for 2 weeks i got another b4n this time for b4n evasion. i waited 1 month not making any other accounts. i listed some of accounts on ticket with jamie and i saw that some of them are not even b4nned. obviously this is not my fault and i dont know why admin said i will not get unb4nned? can someone explain this?
