No contact saves your dignity

The ego the dumper has is insane and they know they’re hurting you and when they see you cry get emotional or chase and plead they literally look at you like garbage and I know it’s so messed up to think like this is someone who loved you now they’re disgusted with you.

There is nothing better than leaving them alone even if you chased or pleaded a little (I hate to admit but I even did that first few weeks) when you just leave them gracefully when you just be the mature one and give them what they want the power swings back down the line. I know this cause I’m experiencing it now my ex is trying her best to get me to reach out or get my attention and I just refuse to interact with her but she consistently watches my stories and stalkes me.

Moral of the story, save your dignity don’t reach out don’t watch stories don’t like there tik tok videos or reposts don’t keep tabs and just go enjoy your life
