Blocked her today

Saw her New Year’s Eve post today at work, and I think she has a new boy. After four months. I’ve been debating blocking her due to my incessant checking of her status online for weeks now, but this was a wake up call. I care too much about it. I blocked her for my own sanity, so that I can finally make steps to heal. I’m feeling very weird about it. Anyone else have to deal with this?
