Ex wanted to be friends

So me and my ex broke up 3 weeks ago after 3 years together. I broke up with her but it was mutual on the break up. I tried to get her back a week later but she said no chance . The promblem I faced was she wanted to remain In contact and we talked everyday after the breakup for 2 weeks. I got to the point where I had to block her and stop talking because I could never move on. She wanted to remain in contact but it was messing with my head because I wanted her back after I broke up with her and she doesn’t want to get back. We haven’t talked in a week and it has helped me a lot of the no contact , but I still feel wrong about no contact because she was very hurt by the breakup and doesn’t have a lot of friends to talk to. Anyone have anything similar they just experienced after a break up.
