Small QoL change needed.

The office renting system needs to be updated.
That you can be blocked out of renting an office because some dead corp that hasn't played in 3 years but quit with a few billion in the corp wallet is asinine. The game is too old with there are too many dead corp holding slots for there to be a limiting number.
I don't know if this is not a problem for the larger null blocs so it's flown under the radar with not many complaints, but it's an issue in LS.
I needed to rent an office in a system with 6 freaking stations and couldn't in any of them because half the offices are being held by 1 man corps with no KB activity.
