How to go from 1K to 10K monthly?

Hello! I have a few questions regarding scaling my Etsy businesses

I have 2 Accounts that average 1K monthly and another that averages $500 monthly in earnings.

Ive heard stories of people being full time Etsy sellers as a career and using Etsy as a starting block for a website and other endeavors.

I’ve been stuck at the 1K per month in sales for about 3-4 Years now. My goal is to hit 5-10K per month in sales.

What do I need to do to further push my sales/Traffic? I ideally want to find a solution and crack at it all of 2025.

Here’s what I’ve tried.

1. Etsy paid ad campaigns. They have done just okay, I will break about even in the long run which just seems it as a waste of time and money.
2. I have about 250 Listings on each account (maybe the more the merrier? I know this can be the case with EBay.)
3. Is there a subscription service I need to purchase or something that just naturally boosts my listings? I’ve added quality videos photos in each slot Etc.
