Etsy is withholding funds from me and is refusing contact

I don’t know if anyone else has had a similar issue in the past, but any help is appreciated as I am desperate for answers. Etsy is keeping all the money I have made with them, with no way to contact them at all.

I have had my Etsy account for a few months but recently tried to change my bank details, and this has caused so many issues. I tried both methods to verify my bank account but none of them worked. With the test deposit, I received it but there was nowhere to actually input the amount they sent me. I then got told to submit a photo of my bank statement. After I submitted my bank statement Etsy support sent me a follow up email saying I needed to submit another document as this one was unclear for whatever reason. However, there was no place I could send another document, as it said on their website it was still pending verification. I reached out to Etsy’s help centre about this multiple times, but it went nowhere. They were unable to help me before my account got suspended. For literally no reason. I did not violate ANY terms of service or intellectual property rights.

Because my account is permanently suspended, I cannot submit any requests through their help centre, meaning I have no way to verify my bank account, and no way to get the money I have made. This is a big deal for me as I’m a struggling student, and it is over $100 just sitting there. This also causes a great loss of profit to my small business which I was just starting out.

I live in Australia, so I’m unsure what I can do. Do I take legal action? If so where could I even go? Etsy is basically refusing any contact with me, and keeping my money from me. I don’t care that my account has been suspended,, i just want my money. Any advice and suggestions are appreciated, I can also give more information if it is needed.
