Getting blue balled by battlestate

Finally gone ahead and did my first PC build. Went on to battlestates website to login and download Tarkov as I was excited to actually play it on a system that shouldn’t get blown up by launching the game. Now when I click sign in I get hit with a captcha test and then instantly getting shown a white screen with my external IP and getting told that they temporarily blocked it and to try again later. I have tried multiple times with the same result and even went to the forum and saw others with the same issue and the only solution being to contact support. I’ve done that twice now with no reply. So I have come here for any potential tips or tricks to get it to work or at the very least get their attention.

I will say that I have played this game before on this account. Just used to have systems that didn’t run it that well (an HP pavilion laptop) and so with new build I was excited to actually be able to run it to the best of Tarkovs abilities haha
