[Discussion] Settings for higher FPS

Hey, I’m actually trying to get back into Tarkov but I’m so sick and tired of looking all over the place for the best settings to actually get higher FPS. I have a. 5800x (8c/16t) CPU, 3070 8gb GPU, 32 GB of 3600mhz RAM. 2TB Samsung EVO NVME storage.

Customs I get 45-70FPS.

Can anyone recommend graphic settings?

Seems like at one point I could play with high textures and low shadows. Now when I put medium textures and high shadows it gets little more fps but is still playing like junk. If I can just figure out how to get it working right and optimized with higher frame rate I’d be on cloud 9.
