Why would both fans stop working?

I’m getting so annoyed it is one thing after another. My newest problem is that neither model fan is working. I tried printing a benchy and it came out super wonky when I noticed the fans weren’t running. They were running fine last night when my y belt broke. And yes i know one fan is unplugged I just unplugged it. So I did get a new hotend board. But they were working fine last night 🤷
