Need Some Settings Configuration on Dolphin MMJR2

So I was messing with the settings a bit looking at videos and reddit post solutions and it seems I made my game go way too fast. It's either way too slow and stuttering or now it's too fast and sometimes slowed down. Can you guys help me with the settings to ensure I could play the games I downloaded. Here are some photos.
