HELP!! CITRA ON ANDROID!

Since Citra was released for mobile phones I have tried several times to emulate Pokémon X, and none of them were successful. On the computer I was able to complete Pokémon Moon. I changed my cell phone several times, and now I have a Redmi Note 13, with the snapdragon 650. NO EMULATOR THAT I DOWNLOADED WAS ABLE TO RUN A PREHISTORIC GAME LIKE POKÉMON X AT 30 FPS. At most it reached 45 and back it would return to zero... it's unplayable, is there any way to run at least 30 FPS locked without crashing? if yes, how? which emulator do I use? what configuration?
