Battery options for 2019 Horizon?

I bought a Horizon scooter in November of 2019. The battery went blehhh on me and they said it's $210 to replace the battery.

Kinda bummed since I feel like I barely even go to use this scooter with COVID. Does anyone know of other options for replacing this battery that are cheaper?
