Help Build a Competitive Cycling/Discard Deck Around [Aetherdrift Spoilers]

Been working on putting together a Hashaton, Scarab's Fistdeck! I'm aiming for a competitive power level but nothing too oppressive.

With some good card draw, discard effects, countermagic, and a fair bit of cycling/graveyard support I think this is a pretty well-rounded list but I'm eager to hear your thoughts!

What is the one good card I'm missing here?
