BMI Limits to Becoming a Doctor?

Hi folks- I've struggled with an ED for most of my adult life and am started med school soon. I tried to do my own research but haven't seem to find anything, does anyone know if you can get "kicked out" of practicing medicine if your BMI is too low? My goal is to be a surgeon one day and I can see where having an ED can make that really unsafe if your BMI is too low, I'm working on recovery but still really struggling with the idea. Do any medical professionals with ED have experiences they can share? Thank you!
