Bracelet Adjustment Issue

Just got my first watch with a stainless steel bracelet! I’ve always worn leather straps or something similar until now.

I’ve already removed three small links for a better fit. This is how it sits on my wrist at the moment. Should I take out one more link, or will that make it too tight? Not sure how to adjust it properly.
