Pronunciation tips needed

So to start I'm nailing words like "Freundin" according to my German friend however I am having such troubles with pronouncing things like "Stressig" and "Ich" is there anything out there to teach me sort of how to pronounce these type of sounds rather than defaulting to a "Sh" kind of sound.

(I'm a native English speaker and I'm a beginner to the German language and this is the first language I'm attempting to learn so any tips would be appreciated)
