What I love about Mithrun
You know most magic spells in this universe are kinda grounded and restrictive, like how healing causes pain, or making familiars requires a greater amount of meat than what actually goes into the creatures; and there's all the hassle of learning the spells and drawing the circles etc. Then there's this millennial ahh twink who can just noclip people into a wall or cut up practically anything with a piece of cloth like some street level magician, no staff, no chanting. He's pretty much unstoppable if not for the fact that he needs a babysitter to even function.
