Do these cameras catch you for speeding?

I’ve noticed there were these two cars were moving pretty slow and there was a lot of gap so i decided to speed up a little bit cause there was a lot of space anyways and it was just these two cars. i reached and i saw this camera with the IR light on underneath and didn’t see no flashes. am i cooked?? do these catch speeding or just mobile phones?
