Guys im scareddd im overdosing

I was ssick so i tookk a lot of coughing strupy syrup ? but not like too muhc trust me i didnt even know it could get me high and was plannning to. but i took like three times of what im supposed be to taking i think. and i was feeling wonky so i looked at ingreduebts and it said dxm!!!!!!! so i was like oh no and now im feeling so so so drowiessy but i dont have any breathing problems or pain but i am very confused and droswysyy and concerned whether im goun g to stay like this forever or get brain damagae. adivce please
