I need your craziest, most unhinged theme ideas

Trying to start a new 18+ server. I need crazy theme ideas. Abstract ideas that won't be found anywhere else. For example, sneeze. The themes can be as inappropriate as possible cuz I'm making it 18+ so don't hesitate. I want to have a whole hearted laugh!
