We need a whistle to call Ursula and Ariel

It's so aggravating the way they just zip around the map at warp speed or just stand in areas that are inaccessible, like in the middle of the ocean combing her hair (Ariel).

Give us a whistle that would call them when we stand near a body of water. Doing their quests is a pain.
