Is it possible to spend moonstones on Event Tokens after the event has ended?

I started playing after I got this game for Christmas, so I was behind when it came to the Event Tasks, and I work full time so I'm probably not going to be able to finish everything in time. I know there's an option to convert Moonstones into Event Tokens. Is it possible to do that after the event has ended during the week-long redemption period, or do I have to do that before tomorrow morning? Thanks! :)
