Why on Earth would they not release the the Japanese version and dub at the same time

I'm watching episodes every week regardless but I feel like the show would only grow in popularity if it was available in both forms I'm going to have to rewatch the whole damn show again when it's over and I kind of wish the first time I experienced the stuff it would have been in a language I understood and didn't feel like I missed have to action by reading subtitles
