Does anyone else think Taash is autistic-coded?

Maybe I'm reading too much into this but Taash's bluntness (and lack of tact) in conversation, their fixation on dragons, and the amount of times they entirely misunderstand a joke or something else (/it goes over their head) has really got me wondering if they could be autistic.

I doubt the developers did it on purpose, in any case. But as someone with an autistic father and sister, I can definitely see the resemblance
