Decor themes?

At a few shops I've found a few things labeled as "themes" in the tab with things like the mementos that boost your caretaker level. But so far I haven't found any way to put them up at my room or anywhere else in the lighthouse. I assumed it would be in decoration mode but I can't find anywhere it would go.
