Question for all dashers

So I just had a friend sign up for DoorDash (I know .. tried to talk him out of it) but he go all signed up and the app is yelling hum every zone around his house is reserved and the only spot he can dash in is over an hour away? WTAF? Anyone else have this problem? Our phone are side by aide and I can dash now but he cannot

And a PS ..it says he can't dash now until he's hit 300 deliveries. I've dashed over a year and I'm nowhere close to hitting 300
