In this situation, what should I do?

I have updated everything and everything is complete but why is the black [Update on eligibility available Please reach out to [email protected] regarding your access to the platform] still not gone and I can't schedule and it doesn't say dash now when I ask the support team they told me to turn off the Wi-Fi and fix everything on my phone which I tried to log in my account on 3 phones and it still does the same thing I want to know what should I do I just signed up a week ago
