Elderly grandfather and myself need a ride from Green Bay 10/31

My grandfather has spent most the year living and working in door county, but always comes back home to St Louis in November. In recent years the ride is too much to do alone, so I come up and help him close down the house and spend some time there before driving us home.Usually he picks me up from Green Bay but this year he is in a hospital in green bay, so we will need a ride from Green Bay to door county (Bailey's harbor). I checked Uber and they wanted an outrageous amount,so I thought perhaps I'd check here and see if maybe a friendly neighbor or someone that wanted to make a little money was available we could work something out.
