I'm beyond pissed!

So my SM lost her keys a few weeks ago and hasn't found them. She used someone else's key to make a copy at home Depot, but apparently doesn't have that one either. So Tuesday she took my keys so she could get in Wednesday. And she is absolutely refusing to give me my keys back. She told the DM that she's giving them back, then called me and told me that I have to wait until the people get there to rekey the store, which we do NOT have a time frame on. So I'm supposed to work 5a to 12p tomorrow and 5a to 12p Saturday. So if she doesn't show up, I can't get in. So question.... How long do I have to wait on her, and if she doesn't show up by whatever time can I go home? Idk what to do. She is the most irresponsible SM I've come across and lots of people don't like her. I've had my absolute fill of her. She is lazy as fuck too, maybe stocks 20 things and then does nothing and walks around like her shit doesn't stink. She leaves without telling anyone, leaves while on the clock to get her nails done, go to the chiropractor, get something to eat, go shopping, etc. Nothing is being done about it! I know for a fact that she is a bold faced liar! She said "no one in my crew does anything wrong" but yet, the no call/no shows are wrong and she didn't write them up, the girl that is always late doesn't get written up, but again is wrong. The people not following by corporate policy on what they are supposed to wear don't get written up but they are wrong. She lets her fellow Spanish people get away with everything under the sun, but writes the white people up at her store. I've informed our DM about it and the regional HR manager, but nothing is being done about it. I sure hope my interview goes well, cuz I'm fucking tired of Dollar Tree and the bullshit!
