Is daily pay the same as my pay check?

I just started and set-up my direct deposit last week on tuesday, I've worked there for three weeks and my first payment was supposed to be deposited to my account on friday, but it still hasn't yet. But I just got an email and set up daily pay and I have access to less than 200 dollars. But still no DD into my actual account I set it up with.

So is this reflective of my actual paycheck? And since I still haven't received my direct deposit, will I be getting my actual paycheck in the mail (at least that's what may managers said but no one seems to have the same answer/or know what they are talking about). Thanks.
