please help me figure out what’s going on with my dog :(

as you can see, my poor sweet baby has had a SUPER dry nose for abt 2 months now, i’ve been using this balm (picture 3) as much as possible, but she’s a dog, so ofc she licks her nose no matter how much i try to stop her, which makes it even MORE dry. she suffers from car sickness so i try to avoid putting her in the vehicle as much as i can to avoid stressing her out, so if anyone knows if this is a medical problem or if she just has a super dry nose, pleasee help a girl out, i’d hate to put her through so much stress just for the vet to tell me she’s fine, but i’d also hate to look past an important problem and risk losing my baby, so if anyone has any advice, it’d be GREATLY appreciated by me and my family 🥲🫶🏼
