Is his head normal?

I started to notice that my 6 month old puppy’s head has that bump (the one in the picture) my boyfriend says it’s normal but I’ve had other dogs and I’ve never seen it so protuberant. It doesn’t seem to hurt when I pet him. And doesn’t show any signs of pain in general. Am I being too paranoid? Or should I have him checked out?
